Course Objectives: This course is one of the most important courses in any graduate business administration curriculum because it integrates the programme and prepares students for a responsible administrative positions dealing with organisations from top-management perspective. After completing this course students are expected to be able to demostrate an ability to apply the knowledge they have obtained in this and previous courses (modules) to in-depth strategic analysis of case studies of actual organizations. They will have to master as well the basis of the strategic management process as  business policy formulation in an organization.
