Življenjepis
Dr. Miha Škerlavaj, je redni profesor za področje managementa na Ekonomski Fakulteti v Ljubljani in pridruženi redni profesor vodenja in organizacijskega vedenja na BI Norwegian Business School. Je cenjeni predavatelj, moderator delavnic in nagrajeni raziskovalec z objavami v prestižnih mednarodnih znanstvenih revijah kot so Academy of Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly in Human Resource Management. Objavil in uredil je tudi knjigi Post-heroic Leadership in Capitalizing on creativity ter študijo primera o Outfit7 prek ugledne mednarodne založbe INSEAD Case Publishing. Njegove raziskave so požele zanimanje vodilnih svetovnih medijev kot sta npr. Forbes in The New York Times. Vključen je v več mednarodnih raziskovalnih projektov s sodelavci iz vodilnih svetovnih poslovnih šol. Ima obsežne mednarodne praktične izkušnje preko delavnic, usposabljanj in svetovanj strankam v Skandinaviji, Srednji in vzhodni Evropi, in na Kitajskem. Poučuje na doktorskem, EMBA, executive, in magistrskih programih v Evropi in Aziji in redno moderira delavnice s praktiki na temo organizacijskega razvoja in sprememb, razvoja vodij, ravnanja z ljudmi pri delu, ustvarjalnosti in inovativnosti.
