Staff mobility

UL SEB  regularly welcomes lecturers and professors from our international partner institutions for teaching purposes. Our International Relations Office offers logistical, organisational and informational support to visiting lecturers and professors before their arrival, during their stay and after their departure. 

If you would like to visit UL SEB within a mobility programme (e.g. Erasmus+, Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility, CEEPUS), please contact the International Relations Office at staff.mobility@ef.uni-lj.si. We will then contact respective academic departments to check whether they can accommodate you and offer you a suitable programme in the proposed period. 

The mobility of teaching staff contributes significantly to the internationalisation of UL SEB. It enables our lecturers to network with colleagues across borders, gain new perspectives for teaching and research and expand their expertise in their own field of work. The International Relations Office promotes and informs internally about funding opportunities and the programmes of our international partner institutions in the areas of teaching and research. 

UL SEB welcomes administrative staff from international partner institutions for training purposes. We highly recommend participation at our annual International Staff Week which is organized in spring.

International Staff Week 2025

The mobility of  administrative staff contributes significantly to the internationalisation of UL SEB. Stays abroad make it possible to develop professional and language skills, establish contacts and collaborate with international colleagues, and take advantage of training opportunities that are not available at UL SEB.

The International Relations Office promotes and informs internally about funding opportunities and the programmes of our international partner institutions (e.g. staff weeks, job shadowing, workshops).
