First international research symposium under ACE
We successfully concluded the first international research symposium under the Alliance of Chinese and European Business School Network (ACE), held this year at Leeds University Business School.
10 doctoral students from the School of Economics and Business took part, along with over 40 postgraduate students from our partner institutions: the University of Antwerp, Xiamen University, and Leeds University Business School. The symposium showcased the latest research and collaborative spirit, featuring keynote addresses from distinguished scholars and experts. It provided an invaluable platform for young researchers to connect, share their research, and promote future collaboration. The symposium featured an award for the best presentation and research awarded to Omaima Doukkane, a doctoral student from the School of Economics and Business, for her paper titled: Exploring Consumer Behaviour in the Metaverse: Immersion and Interaction.
