Roundtable Discussion: Perspectives from Former and Current Ministers of Finance
IMB had the privilege of hosting an engaging roundtable discussion featuring distinguished guests from Slovenia’s financial sector.
The event welcomed Mr Klemen Boštjančič, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia; Prof. Dr Dušan Mramor, former Professor at UL SEB and former Minister of Finance; and Ms Saša Jazbec, State Secretary responsible for fiscal policy, who was also the moderator.
The conversation provided an in-depth look at the responsibilities of the Minister of Finance in Slovenia and the European Union. Students gained valuable perspectives on economic governance, policy-making, and the intricate challenges of managing national and international financial systems.
