Alumni Talk: Maja Brelih Lotrič Shares Her Professional Journey with IMB Students

Lotrič Metrology is a family-owned company with a global presence, operating in seven countries and serving over 20,000 clients worldwide.

Maja, a distinguished alumna of the 23rd Generation of IMB students, returned to IMB to share her professional journey and leadership insights. The discussion was moderated by Domen Arne Jelovčan, President of the IMB Alumni community, and provided students with valuable perspectives on business, leadership, and career development.

During the talk, Maja reflected on the experience of taking over the family business. She explained that she had always known she wanted to be part of it, but acknowledged that this did not make the transition any less challenging. As a CEO, she highlighted the importance of open dialogue and she also looked back on her time at IMB, describing it as a highly intensive and formative period.
