Project abstract
The project Macroeconomic Analysis of the RS NATO Membership will include the following objectives: i) analysis of defence expenditure, ii) (comparative) analysis of the impact of the defence industry on the economy, iii) analysis of employment in the defence sector, iv) strategic planning: Identification of key defence challenges and formulation of strategies for effective management of the defence economy, (v) Allied cooperation: assessment of cooperation between allies in terms of burden sharing, joint technology development and mutual defence capability building, and (vi) direct translation into teaching through the development of new content management.
