Goals

Strenghtening, widening and deepening previously obtained knowledge of business and economic
terminology in German.
Practising reading, speaking, listening and writing skills in business situations.
The course aims to:
- Improve students' knowledge of business and economic terminology in German.
- Encourage students towards critical thinking and active participation in various discussions in German.



Syllabus

1. Business meetings and negotiations.
2. Speeches, meetings, congress representations, CV and job interviews with the help of examples and exercises.
3. Business correspondence.
4. Market, marketing and advertising.
5. Trade, purchase contract.
6. Intercultural dialogue: Slovenia and Germany.
Each topic includes also various aspects of intercultural specifics, sustainable development and environmental awareness.
