CV
He received his Ph.D. from FELU. He teaches courses in banking, bank and financial institutions management, financial markets and international banking. His research areas are bank efficiency and market structure in banking sectors, impact of regulation on behaviour of banks, development of financial markets and institutions in CEE, and the integration of financial markets within the EU. In the past he served as a non-executive and independent member of the Board of Directors of the Skb Bank Société Générale Group, Ljubljana. He cooperates on a regular basis with the Bank Association of Slovenia and CEG committee at the European Banking Federation and is a member of the European Finance Forum (SUERF). In the period 2018-2020 he was a member of the Banking Stakeholder Group at the European Banking Authority.
