Tamara Pavasovic Trošt received a Ph.D. in Sociology from Harvard University and a M.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University. Her research considers issues of stereotypes, identity, populism, history education, collective memory, and youth values, and she specializes in qualitative and mixed methods. She is a member of several ethics and human subjects research boards and is on the editorial boards of the journals International Journal of Qualitative Methods, Studies in Ethnicity and Nationalism, and Communist and Post-Communist Studies. She has published in journals such as Nations and Nationalism, Memory Studies, and the Journal of Genocide Research. At SEBLU, she teaches the sociological and cultural aspects of international business as well as courses on research methods.
