
Differential exams
In accordance with the enrolment requirements, the differential exams are a condition for enrolment in the first year of the master's study programmes for those candidates who have completed the study programme for obtaining a professional degree, or a study programme for obtaining a university degree in other professional (non-related) fields.
Who has to take them?
Differential exams are taken by candidates who do not meet the admission requirements for enrollment in the desired Master program. Check the admission requirements for each program separately – here.
When and how can I take them?
The consultations and exams take place online in the Canvas LMS online classroom. Candidates must study the prescribed literature independently prior to the consultations. Access to the website for the differential course will be provided to candidates within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of payment for the differential exams.

The cost for each course including the exam (3 attempts until 3 September 2025) is €170.00.
When and where can I apply?
Once you have successfully applied for the Master program via the online application EVŠ, you can register to take part in the differential exams.

Additional literature:
Other textbooks from the field of management accounting also present most (but not all) of the concepts covered in this course, and can be used instead of MFD. One example is Atrill, P. & McLaney, E. (2009): Management accounting for decision makers. For modules 6 and 7, textbooks from the field of financial accounting can be used; for module 5, textbooks from the field of microeconomics can be used as supplementary literature.
