Insolvency law (MASTER)

The objective of the course is to acquaint students with the basic structure (anatomy) of insolvency law and to gain basic theoretical and practical knowledge about the legal regulation of insolvency law in Slovenia.

Through this knowledge students will be able use and to analyze the positive legal system of insolvency law.

Students will be also able to critically evaluate and understand the rules of the national regulation of insolvency law, thus qualifying the student for applied, independent, professionally critical and responsible work.
