Živa Kolbl received her PhD from the University of Vienna in 2020. She is currently an assistant professor of marketing at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana. Her research interests focus mainly on the interplay between social psychology and international marketing. She is involved in projects investigating green practises in marketing and leads a bilateral project on brand stereotyping. She has participated in several international workshops and conferences (EMAC, GMC, CiMAR, AMA). Her work has been published in several various international scientific journals, including Journal of Business Research, International Marketing Review and others. In her teaching she is involved in the courses Marketing Communications, New Product Development and Selling: Principles and Methods. She received the University's Young University Teacher and University Colleague Award for outstanding pedagogical, scientific and artistic achievements. As a co-coordinator of the international accreditation process, she is actively involved in quality improvement and internationalisation processes.
